How do I know what size to order?

Getting the right ring size is crucial—especially because our rings are made to order just for you. We strongly recommend confirming the size before placing your order. Resizing a brand new custom ring isn’t always possible without affecting the design, and we want your piece to be perfect from the start.

1. Have a ring that fits? We’ll help you measure it.
If you already have a ring that fits the correct finger but don’t know the size, we can send you a free ring sizer tool from Amazon so you can measure it accurately at home. It’s fast, easy, and helps ensure your order is spot-on.

2. Don’t guess—use a sizing tool.
For all custom ring orders, we offer a free ring sizing kit from Amazon. Just let us know you need one when you place your order. It only takes a few minutes to measure your finger at home, and it’s the best way to avoid mistakes.

3. Planning a surprise?
If you’re planning a proposal or gifting the ring and can’t ask directly, try borrowing a ring that fits the correct finger and bring it to a local jeweler for sizing. You can also ask a friend or family member to help get the size without spoiling the surprise.

Is this lab diamond really the same as a natural diamond?

Yes. Same molecular structure (carbon), same hardness (10 on Mohs scale), same brilliance. They pass diamond testers because they ARE diamonds. Any jeweler can verify this - bring it anywhere. The only difference is lab diamonds are created in weeks vs billions of years, which is why they cost 30-85% less. Your IGI certificate proves it's a real diamond.
