Refund policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase. If something’s off, we’ll do what we can to make it right. Just read the breakdown below based on your order type:

Custom Orders
Custom means built for you — so all custom pieces are final sale.
No returns, no refunds.
You can request one resize or alteration within 30 days of receiving your piece. Approval is at the discretion of Wolfe Gemz.

Made-to-Order
If your item is unworn, unused, and undamaged, you’ve got 30 days to return it.
We’ll issue a full refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

Ready-to-Ship
Same as made-to-order: return within 30 days in unused condition for a full refund minus 25% restocking.

Pre-Owned Pieces
All pre-owned sales are finalunless the item arrives not as described.

Return shipping (if approved) is on you.
Items returned outside the policy — worn, damaged, or late — won’t be refunded. We’ll notify you by email and ask you to cover return shipping to get the item back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any shipment related damages or issues must be brought up within 6 hours of the noted delivery time by the carrier via email.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less a 25% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
